Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Interventional Solutions Clinical Specialist to provide clinical expertise, customer education and procedural support to physicians and catheterization laboratory teams across our Interventional Solutions portfolio.

This field-based role partners with customers and internal teams to support clinical adoption, deliver procedural excellence, and improve patient outcomes through innovative coronary therapies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in medical device sales, healthcare, a clinical setting or related field.
• Ability to travel as required and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Support regional clinical, sales and service strategies to improve customer experience and drive product adoption.
• Provide case coverage, product support and education within assigned accounts.
• Offer procedural support during coronary interventions and help physicians use Interventional Solutions products.
• Educate physicians, nurses and cath lab staff on safe and effective use of products through presentations and hands-on support.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, cath lab personnel and stakeholders within accounts.
• Support product launches through customer education, training and procedural support.
• Respond to customer questions by collaborating with internal partners to deliver solutions.
• Manage consignment inventory, including tracking, audits, returns and expired products.
• Ensure timely procedural documentation and clinical reporting.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Travel as required to support customer needs.
