Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to support the interventional suite. The role involves aseptic technique, patient positioning, and strict safety standards. You will handle documentation, inventory, and image distribution while maintaining patient and provider safety.

Minimum ARRT certification with a preference for VI certification, and an associate degree or technical certification. A $10,000 sign-on bonus applies with a 2-year commitment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in interventional suite setup with instruments and supplies.
• Apply aseptic technique and standard precautions; handle medications, contrast, and specimens.
• Prepare, position, and drape patients; ensure correct patient and surgical site.
• Complete documentation for procedures (regulatory, billing, image distribution).
• Maintain adequate supplies and assist with inventory control.
• Implement radiation protection and patient safety standards.
