Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist required.
• 3-5 years of experience in special procedures, interventional radiology, or surgical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs interventional and special procedures using fluoroscopy and radiography.
• Educates staff on safe use of radiation devices and enforces compliance.
• Tracks and manages dosimetry badges and personal protective equipment.
• Participates in regulatory surveys ensuring documentation standards.

Education

ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification

Licensed Radiologic Technologist as applicable by state

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred

PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred
