Job summary

Atrium Health Pineville is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to assist in invasive Angio and interventional procedures. You will scrub, circulate, and provide total patient care during and after procedures in the IR suite.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, obtaining medications or contrast material, maintaining reports, and ensuring equipment operates correctly. ARRT/RCIS credentials and CPR are required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.
• Completion of an accredited Interventional Radiology program or ARRT/RCIS pathway.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized radiography and fluoroscopic coverage under physician direction.
• Explain procedures and prep patients for interventions.
• Circulate during procedures and support patient comfort.
• Record hemodynamic and contrast data; report to holding area as needed.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions promptly.
