Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, Colorado seeks an Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform complex diagnostic and interventional procedures under the direction of a radiologist. You will prepare and maintain sterile fields, uphold infection control, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.

You will document in EMR and PACS, manage supplies, and adhere to ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.

Qualifications

• Requires ARRT(R) registered technologist and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of fluoroscopic equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to learn Radiology software and Current PACS applications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostic and interventional procedures under radiologist supervision.
• Prepare sterile field and maintain infection control standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure proper imaging and patient care.
• Ensure imaging quality, patient care, and workflow efficiency.
• Document accurately in EMR and PACS systems.
• Assist with inventory and supply management and ensure safe equipment operation.
