Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures and ensure high-quality imaging and patient care. The role requires adherence to established protocols across age groups and accurate post-processing.

No prior experience is required, and formal ARDMS/ARRT registration and BCLS certification are expected upon hire. This is a full-time on-site position at the hospital location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based training program required.
• No experience required.
• ARDMS/ARRT Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) Upon Hire Required and BCLS Upon Hire Required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and interventional radiologic procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral and GI studies.
• Performs modality-assisted drainage and biopsies and completes post-processing functions.
• Follows established protocols, differentiating care for adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations.
