Job summary

This role requires an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT/CRT license, BLS, and 10 months radiology experience. Per diem coverage may apply across the network.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; ARRT/Vocational/Specialized Training accepted.
• 10 months radiology experience required.
• AZ state CRT license and ARRT certification required; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Under radiologist supervision, perform diagnostic/therapeutic IR procedures with independent judgment.
• Review orders and patient history to ensure correct patient, procedure, and site.
• Transport patients and assist positioning with safe handling techniques.
• Perform IR procedures and monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Administer contrast materials and respond to contrast reactions.
• Ensure image quality and document QC factors; use RIS/PACS for data entry.
• Coordinate daily workflow and rotate across department as needed.
• Maintain equipment and stock; participate in staff training and orientation.
