Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Interventional Radiologic Technologist to perform a variety of ionizing radiation procedures for detecting pathology. The Technologist will perform invasive imaging to diagnose disease and injury, provide patient education, and assist in training Radiology students.

This role may include additional duties within the scope of the position. Graduate of Radiologic Technology program with ARRT Radiography certification and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology is required.
• Active ARRT Radiography certification is required; vascular interventional registry eligibility or pursuit is expected.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform invasive angiographic/cardiovascular/interventional imaging procedures for diagnosis of disease and injury.
• Provide patient education.
• Perform quality assessment activities.
