Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Post-primary certification in Vascular Interventional Radiography preferred.
• RT Licensure in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island required.
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified clinical patient care and technical duties.
• Conduct patient assessments and correlate findings with exam requests.
• Educate patients for exams and position them for imaging.
• Select technical factors to produce quality images.
• Assist physicians in performing procedures.

Accredited program in Radiologic Technology

BLS certification
