Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an Interventional Technologist to perform cardiac, neuro, body, and vascular-imaging procedures. You will prepare patients, administer medications, operate imaging equipment, and ensure radiation safety according to laws and policies.

You will evaluate images, maintain intra-arterial access, monitor patients, uphold sterile technique, and participate in quality improvement activities with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R certification required.
• ACL S/PALS within specified timeframe.
• Proficiency in imaging protocols and sterile technique.
• Ability to monitor hemodynamics and patient status.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and administer medications as prescribed.
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment.
• Ensure radiation safety and ALARA compliance.
• Evaluate images and maintain data integrity.
• Maintain sterile technique and record procedural data.

Skills

ARRT-R certification

Advanced ARRT-VI/CI/CV

ACLS in 6 months

PALS if applicable

Imaging protocols

Education

Accredited cardiovascular technology program or RCIS/RCES with ARRT certification
