Qualifications

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology with up to one year of extra training/experience.
• Registered ARRT credential required.
• BLS certification within six months of hire.
• VI registry within four years for Bronson employees in special procedures.
• Ability to operate radiology equipment and maintain safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist radiologists during invasive and non-invasive radiographic scans.
• Operate and calibrate radiology equipment for procedures.
• Prepare patients and explain examinations; maintain sterile technique.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals under radiologist direction.
• Maintain documentation and quality control, and report malfunctions.
