Job summary

Medical City Plano is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to support high-quality invasive procedures and patient education at our Plano campus.

As part of the Radiology team, you will contribute to departmental goals, uphold Star Service standards, and participate in service recovery. Applicants should have IR tech experience and ARRT RT certification; BLS is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

  • BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Interventional radiology experience 1+ years preferred.
  • (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer.
  • ARRT (VI) required within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Performs and assists with high quality special and invasive procedures, focusing on patient care and education.
  • Supports and helps achieve departmental goals.
  • Effectively participates and promotes Star Service Skills to include service recovery.

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Interventional radiology experience 1+ years preferred
  • (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
  • ARRT (VI) required within 2 years of hire

Medical City Plano opened in 1975 and provides Plano and Collin County with advanced health care. Medical City Plano is a 600+ bed acute care hospital.
