Dayton Children’s is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist who will independently perform interventional procedures, administer contrast, operate equipment, and manage venipuncture within licensed scope.
The role coordinates patient flow, supports IR operations, and contributes to equipment maintenance. On-call responsibilities and collaboration with the IR team are essential to patient safety and departmental efficiency.

The Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist independently performs interventional procedures only, utilizing proper techniques and safe administration of contrast media. The technologist works within their licensed scope in medication administration, equipment operation, and venipuncture. This role coordinates patient flow, supports IR operations, and exercises professional judgment to maintain equipment in optimal condition. The technologist will have on call responsibilities and support other IR related functions based on departmental needs.
