Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks an Interventional Radiology Technician to operate radiographic equipment for vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures. This travel position is based in Danbury, CT.

Minimum requirements include High School Diploma or Equivalent, AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program, current state licensure, one year IR experience, current BLS, and up-to-date exams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of AMA-approved radiologic technology program required.
• Current state licensure or certification as applicable.
• One year experience in Interventional Radiology preferred.
• Current BLS card.
• Current physical exam if required by state/c contract.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment to perform vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures.
• Assist in procedural imaging and patient positioning, ensuring image quality and patient safety.
• Maintain equipment, follow safety protocols and documentation procedures.

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technician to perform avariety of complex specialized tasks eminent in operating radiographicequipment to perform vascular and neuroradiology angiographic andinterventional procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• HighSchool Diploma or Equivalent

• SuccessfulCompletion of a 24-mnth AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology

• Currentstate licensure or certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications

• One(1) year experience in Interventional Radiology preferred.

• CurrentBLS card.

• Currentphysical exam, if required by state regulations or contract specifications.

• Current TBtest or chest x-ray.
