Job summary

Baystate Health in Springfield, MA, seeks an Interventional Radiology Technologist to support Radiologists in a high-performing academic medical center. You will prepare patients, perform fluoroscopic imaging, and assist with minimally invasive procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved radiology program.
• 1 year as an Interventional Radiology Tech.
• ARRT registered and follows state requirements.
• ACLS and Baystate Dysrhythmia course completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment to obtain fluoroscopic images per Radiologist specifications.
• Assist Radiologist with minimally invasive, image-guided vascular procedures.
• Prepare patients, review medical history, position and manage contrast within scope of practice.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with charting and documentation.
