Job summary

StaffDNA is seeking a Radiology Technologist specialized in Interventional Radiology to join our imaging team in Fort Wayne, IN. You will assist in minimally invasive procedures using fluoroscopy and real-time imaging to guide interventions.

You will prepare patients, maintain sterile fields, monitor vitals, document procedures, and collaborate with physicians in a fast-paced hospital setting. On-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures and position them appropriately.
• Operate fluoroscopy and imaging equipment to guide procedures in real time.
• Assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic interventions such as angiograms, stent placements, or biopsies.
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure safety and comfort during procedures.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records.
• Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on imaging equipment.

Responsibilities
