Qualifications

• Must have capacity to learn and retain information regarding patient care and procedures.

• Manual dexterity to handle small supplies.

Responsibilities

• Administers contrast material according to the physician's request.
• Explains procedures to patients while ensuring comfort, support, safety, and confidentiality.
• Documents accurately and completely.
• Performs on-call duties and/or works variable shifts as assigned.
• Assists physicians in all procedures within the Heart & Vascular Institute.
