Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for our Frisco facility. You will perform interventional radiology procedures under a Radiologist's supervision, following established protocols and safety standards, with emphasis on patient comfort and accurate imaging documentation.

The role requires ARRT‑R certification and readiness to work in a fast‑paced, growing hospital environment in Frisco, TX.

Qualifications

• Proficient in interventional radiology procedures.
• Ability to explain procedures and ease patient anxiety.
• Maintain sterile technique and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality IR procedures per exam protocol.
• Communicate with patients using AIDET and verify patient identity.
• Position patients and prepare area for procedures.
• Follow infection control, sterile technique and radiation safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and supplies and report issues.
• Screen entrants to department per policies.
• Maintain accurate imaging records and patient documentation.
