Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform radiology examinations and interventional procedures. You will work closely with radiologists to ensure high quality imaging and patient safety.

The position requires on-call coverage and a commitment to compassionate patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. Training and credentialing are provided as needed to maintain competency and comply with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved program in radiology technology.
• Qualified to work with adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations as required.
• On-the-job training after completion of an AMA approved radiology program.
• Additional training may be required in the area of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiology examinations and interventional procedures to produce radiographs.
• Provides on-call and callback coverage as required.
• Reviews patient records to obtain identifying information for procedures.
• Operates imaging equipment and ensures patient safety and quality images.
• Maintains sterile technique and collaborates with physicians and staff.
