Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform high-quality imaging for vascular and neuro interventional procedures. You will operate fluoroscopy and ultrasound, assist during surgeries, and maintain sterile technique while following ALARA safety standards.

Eligible candidates are ARRT-certified radiologic technologists with Florida radiography licensure and BLS, with 1–2 years IR experience preferred. Flexible hours and on-call availability may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience in sterile environments and aseptic technique preferred.
• 1–2 years of technologist experience in IR preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality diagnostic imaging for vascular and neuro interventional radiology procedures.
• Operates fluoroscopy, ultrasound and other imaging equipment; records patient data.
• Acts as intraoperative first assist to radiologists and surgeons.
• Preps interventional rooms, maintains sterile technique and ALARA safety.
• Supports advanced IR procedures and responds to on-call duties within 30 minutes.
