Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a day shift, full-time Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our radiology team.

The role performs angiographic and interventional exams, handles billing and paperwork, monitors equipment, and adheres to safety and regulatory standards. Requires an associate degree in radiologic sciences, ARRT certification, and BLS within 14 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Sciences or graduate of an accredited radiologic program.
• Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Radiation Safety procedures.
• One (1) year of previous job-related experience.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist certificate issued by the State of NM.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of angiographic, interventional, and special procedure exams.
• Processes billing and exam paperwork and maintains records and reports.
• Monitors and maintains equipment.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
