Qualifications

• ARRT IR certification or equivalent is required.
• State licensure may be required depending on location.
• Proven experience as IR Tech or similar imaging role in a hospital/healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IR imaging equipment and obtain high-quality images.
• Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures with sterile technique.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures.
• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies following infection control protocols.
• Document patient information and procedure details in medical records.
