Job summary

CARIN Alliance in Jackson, MS seeks a Radiology Technologist to perform complex radiology examinations and interventional imaging procedures in the IR, Cath lab, or EP lab. The role includes on-call coverage as needed and ensuring quality patient care.

You will assist physicians with catheters and devices, prepare contrast materials, and support treatment plans. On-site responsibilities include documentation, safety, and participation in improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized radiology technology program.
• 1 year as radiology technologist preferred, with 6 months in IR/Cath lab/EP.
• ARRT Radiography registration; BLS within 14 days of hire; state licensure as applicable.
• Preferred: ARRT VI certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiologic procedures using appropriate techniques; assist physicians with catheters, guidewires, balloons, coils, and treatments.
• Set up sterile fields, assemble instruments, and prepare contrast materials per procedure requirements.
• Develop and implement treatment plans following hospital protocols.
• Complete documentation and maintain equipment and work areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete assigned goals and perform additional duties as assigned.
