Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care System in Hermiston, Oregon seeks an Interventional Radiology Radiologic Technologist. The role supports diagnostic and interventional procedures with fluoroscopic imaging, sterile technique, and procedural workflow coordination.

Requirements include Oregon licensure with ARRT RT(R), BLS/ACLS, and 1+ year IR/Cath Lab experience. A $20K sign-on bonus is offered, along with comprehensive benefits and a flex schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (Required).
• Current Oregon OBMI licensure and ARRT RT(R) certification (Required).
• BLS and ACLS certification (or within 6 months of hire).
• 1+ year of Interventional Radiology/Cath Lab experience (Required).
• Preferred: RCIS or NIH Stroke Scale certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate fluoroscopic and radiographic systems for diagnostic/interventional procedures.
• Assist with sterile technique and procedural setup.
• Monitor patient status and provide hemodynamic data when assigned.
• Maintain radiation safety and ALARA practices.
• Document procedures, contrast usage, and implants accurately.
• Assist with room turnover and equipment readiness.
