Job summary

East Georgia Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered care team. We offer up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and up to $20,000 in student loan contributions, along with medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.

The RN will coordinate and deliver care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team, and ensure safe, compassionate support for patients and families across multiple units including ICU, ED, OR, NICU and more.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Document care and education in the medical record.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in codes as needed.
