Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor patient care with nursing staff and other health care professionals
• Ensure resources are used effectively and standards of care are maintained to meet outcomes within appropriate length of stay
• Ensure care variations based on individual patient needs are justified and well documented
• Assist with management needs of the Nursing Unit
