Job summary

Trinity Health Corp. through Mount Carmel Health System is seeking an RN Specialist in Radiology for part-time day shift, 16 hours per week plus on-call.

The role coordinates nursing care in Radiology and collaborates with physicians and technologists to support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The RN will assess patient needs, document outcomes, and ensure safety and quality, while upholding nursing standards and patient-centered care across physical, emotional, social, and spiritual

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio required.
• Minimum two years medical/surgical experience; radiology RN certification or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Act as liaison between Patient Care Services and Radiology Department.
• Assist physicians and technologists during diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
• Provide nursing care with emphasis on patient safety and evidence-based practice within Magnet standards.
• Assess and evaluate care for assigned patient group with evidence-based practice.
