Henry Ford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Interventional Radiology in Detroit. This full-time role supports a 36-hour weekly schedule across four nine-hour shifts, with rotating days off as part of a busy IR unit.

The department handles 18+ patient interactions daily, with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care in a fast-paced setting. The RN will deliver leadership in care coordination, apply the nursing process, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while meeting on-call

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
