Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of current nursing procedures.
• BLS required.
• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current licensure as an RN in West Virginia or a valid compact state nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor patient care with nursing staff and other health care professionals.
• Ensure effective use of resources and maintain standards of care and outcomes within appropriate length of stay.
• Ensure variations based on patient needs are justified and well documented.
• Assist with the management needs of the Nursing Unit.
