Job summary

Incredible Health in Rowlett, TX is hiring a Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology to support diagnostic imaging and IR procedures. Day shift; full-time, part-time, or per diem options; collaborate with radiologists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Requirements include ADN or higher in nursing, active RN license, BLS and ACLS, 1 year radiology/ICU experience, radiology safety proficiency, and EMR systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required
• Active RN license in good standing
• ~1 year radiology/ICU/high-acuity clinical setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association
• Strong understanding of radiologic procedures and safety, including contrast media
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Responsibilities

• Assist radiologists and health professionals during diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology procedures
• Administer and monitor intravenous contrast agents and manage allergic reactions or complications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide care before, during, and after imaging procedures
• Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care, risks and benefits of tests and contrast
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation per hospital policies
