Job summary

Trinity Health Livonia is a full-service acute care hospital in Livonia, MI. The RN in Interventional Radiology provides direct patient care, coordinates and assesses care, and supports physicians, radiologists and the team.

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the RN conducts patient care, education and planning, and assists in a range of interventional procedures to optimize outcomes while maintaining safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Michigan RN license required; ACLS within 90 days; BCLS required; prior Emergency/Interventional/Cardiac Cath lab or CCU experience preferred
• Must be self-starter and motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized
• Must live within 30 min call back radius to hospital

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in IR under supervision.
• Assist radiologist in invasive and noninvasive procedures.
• Educate patients and prepare for procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 coverage including weekends and holidays.
