Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage nursing care in the cath lab and interventional radiology, supporting hospital operations with energy and motivation. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least one year of medical-surgical experience; critical care or PACU experience preferred.
• Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and an active RN license for the relevant state.
• Must have the physical ability to lift and transfer patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Implement and document nursing interventions, monitor patient conditions, and notify physicians when changes occur.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism through ongoing education, resource sharing, and problem-solving.
• Follow safety, infection control, and service standards to ensure a secure, respectful environment.
• Provide patient-centered, culturally sensitive care across all ages, including high-risk interventions and pain management.
• Identify and report abuse or neglect, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
