Job summary

Vascular & Interventional Experts in Woodbury and Edina is seeking an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse to perform and monitor patient procedures in a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The position supports vascular procedures with a focus on preop and post-op care, patient education, and collaboration with physicians.

The role requires a Nursing degree, BLS/ACLS certification, and ICU/ER experience; interventional radiology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Vascular & Interventional Radiology nursing experience preferred.
• ICU & ER experience preferred.
• Procedural sedation experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular and interventional procedures under limited supervision.
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other team members.
• Schedule and triage procedures based on priority and skills needed.
• Educate patients prior to and after interventional procedures.
• Manage care from preop to post op including sedation and monitoring.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse is for performing and monitoring patient procedures.

This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM out of our Woodbury and Edina locations.

Vascular & Interventional Experts is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Functions:

• Perform a range of vascular and interventional procedures under limited supervision
• Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other team members
• Schedules and triages procedures based on priority level and skills needed
• Educate patients prior to and after Any interventional procedures
• Manage the entire care process from preop, procedure, and post op care including patient monitoring and sedation during interventional procedures and patient monitoring post procedure
• Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
• And all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Vascular and Interventional Radiology nursing experience preferred
• ICU & ER experience preferred
• Procedural sedation experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification
