Job summary

Women's Vascular Summit is seeking a Locums Interventional Radiology Physician for Cooperstown, NY. The role emphasizes interventional radiology with a manageable patient volume and day-time, Monday–Friday onsite coverage, with no call responsibilities.

Expect biopsies and complex drainages, along with diagnostic reads using X-ray, CT, and ultrasound. Lodging and mileage are provided; airfare is not covered. Active NY license and IR/DR board certification are required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed to practice in NY.
• Board certification in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology is required.
• Active New York medical license required.
• ACLS and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient coverage alongside other interventional and diagnostic radiologists.
• Approximately 60 percent interventional and 40 percent diagnostic radiology.
• Perform biopsies, drainages, tube and line placements, nephrostomies, and biliary drainages.
• Diagnostic interpretation includes X-ray, CT, and ultrasound.
