Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an Interventional Radiology Physician for locum tenens support in a Level 2 trauma hospital in Nebraska. Start ASAP with a Monday–Friday 8a–5p schedule. Dates needed: August through September.

Board-certified IR physicians are required. Credentialing is expected to begin immediately. This opportunity offers competitive pay with malpractice insurance arranged by AMN Healthcare and comprehensive travel/lodging support for contractors.

Qualifications

• Board certification required for Interventional Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventional radiology procedures including spine procedures, ports, central line placements, and image-guided therapies.
• Perform solid organ biopsies, drainage, oncology interventions, kyphoplasty and breast biopsy as needed.
• Work a Mon-Fri 8a-5p shift in a Level 2 Trauma Hospital.

• Modalities: Spine Procedures, Ports, Central Line Placements, Solid organ biopsies and drainage, oncology interventions, image‑guided therapies, Kyphoplasty, breast biopsy
• Shift/Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• Dates Needed: August - September
• Credentialing Timeframe: As soon as possible
• Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified
