Job summary

TRA Medical Imaging is seeking a Certified Physician Assistant to support our Interventional Radiology team across multiple hospital facilities in Pierce and South King County. This full-time role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with IR physicians and staff.

You will participate in IR procedures, pre/post-op care, and clinic follow-ups on a 4-day work week with potential weekend coverage. Washington PA licensure, BLS/ACLS, and PA degree are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited institution.
• Current Washington licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• Current BLS & ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations on patients.
• Perform Interventional Radiology procedures including venous access and ultrasound-guided techniques.
• Coordinate pre-op H&Ps, consents, and post-op care to ensure smooth workflow.
• Rounding, monitoring and consulting on inpatients, post-surgical and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with attending physicians to implement treatment plans for various conditions.
• Support weekend coverage and participate in the after-hours call pool as needed.
