NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a Staff Nurse in Interventional Radiology to join a fast-paced, tech-forward team delivering advanced imaging procedures and exceptional patient care at NYP/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York, NY.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, at least 1 year of critical care RN experience (IR experience preferred), and NYS RN licensure with BLS (ACLS/PALS/CCRN preferred). Full-time daytime schedule with weekend rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• 1+ year of critical care RN experience required.
• Interventional Radiology experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform angioplasties, cardiac stents, and intravascular ultrasound.
• Administer IVs and medications to patients.
• Induce sedated consciousness for procedures.
• Serve as a crucial patient advocate during interventions.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurse practitioners, and radiology techs.
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts as required.
