Job summary

The University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix seeks a Division Chief for Interventional Radiology to provide strategic leadership and direction for clinical, educational, research, and programmatic missions.

The appointment is at associate or full professor level with responsibilities in recruiting, expanding clinical programs, and developing GME training in partnership with Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent accredited degree.
• Eligible for academic appointment at associate professor level or higher.
• Board certified in Interventional Radiology.
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Arizona.
• >6 years of progressively complex administrative experience in an academic medical center.

Responsibilities

• Provide faculty development and support.
• Recruit and retain faculty and staff.
• Oversee educational and training programs, including residency.
• Drive research growth and program innovation.
• Build novel clinical programs and initiatives.
