Job summary

Temple Health is seeking an IR Radiology Tech or Nurse Coordinator for Radiology – Special Procedures, a 40-hour Day Shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) position in Philadelphia. The role involves coordinating scheduling, preop and postop communications, and acting as a clinical resource for interventional radiology procedures.

Responsibilities include reviewing medical history and lab results, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, removing barriers to access, and collecting data for reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Graduate from a 2-year AMA approved radiologic technology program required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interventional radiology procedures and coordinate preop prep.
• Review medical history, labs and imaging results for scheduled procedures.
• Provide preop/postop phone calls and patient education.
• Serve as a liaison with the multidisciplinary team for patient care during procedures.
• Data collection of results and volumes for reporting and stratification.
