Endeavor Health in Winnetka, IL is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Interventional Radiology. This full-time exempt role provides clinical leadership to nursing staff in the unit and ensures delivery of care in line with established protocols.

You will function as the department charge nurse, manage staff schedules, coordinate bed transfers, lead daily huddles, and rotate into patient care as needed. Required IL RN license and a BSN or MSN; ACLS/BLS on hire.

Qualifikationen

• IL RN license required.
• BSN or MSN preferred; Health Care Administration acceptable.
• ACLS and BLS/CPR required by American Heart Association.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff within the unit.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards and delivery of care.
• Function as department charge nurse; assign staff, relieve staff for meals, coordinate bed transfers and scheduling of add-on cases.
• Lead daily huddle and coordinate care workflows.
• Rotates into patient care as needed.
• Manage staff schedules.
