Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Interventional Radiologist for a fast-growing outpatient vascular platform in New Jersey. This role offers a 4-day clinical week with no nights, no weekends, no routine overnight call, and a focus on complex endovascular procedures in an outpatient setting. StartDate: ASAP.

Compensation disclosed: $400,000 to $1,200,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, generous PTO, malpractice tail coverage, a $5,000 CME allowance, and NJ licensing coverage.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or eligibility in Interventional Radiology is required or expected.
• Strong experience with arterial and venous procedures relevant to outpatient practice.
• Interest in complex vascular disease and endovascular interventions.
• Outpatient/interventional focus with minimal hospital- based duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced endovascular and diagnostic procedures in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with APP, nursing and support staff to optimize patient care.
• Maintain high-quality RVU production with a 4-day work week.
• Engage in scheduling and patient workflow to maximize efficiency.

• Minimal administrative responsibilities
• Established referral base & significant regional market share
• Physician-led, rapidly expanding platform
• First-year physician compensation historically averaging approximately $969K within the available completed physician cohort

Practice Growth

• Multiple locations throughout New Jersey
• New site opening Q1 2027
• Additional expansion planned through 2027-2028
• Significant procedural demand and established referral relationships
• Opportunity to focus on complex intervention without traditional hospital obligations

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
• Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
• Strong arterial & venous procedural experience
• Interest in complex vascular disease
• OBL/outpatient experience preferred, but not required

Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons with significant endovascular experience may also be considered.
