Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a board-certified physician for locum tenens assignments across multiple healthcare facilities. Expect full IR procedure coverage with a Monday to Friday schedule plus on-call rotations, including 24 hours on weekends.

A generous RVU-based incentive and comprehensive travel support are provided. Paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses are part of the package, with Weatherby offering ongoing consultant support and nationwide assignment

Qualifications

• IR procedures required for assignment.
• Board-certified physician with current license.
• 40 RVUs per shift used for productivity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Mon - Fri plus call; 24-hr weekend call.
• Assignments across hospitals/clinics with travel logistics handled.
• Professional liability and travel logistics provided by Weatherby.
