Job summary

UPMC Chautauqua, located in Jamestown, NY, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join a growing Radiology team. This full-time, onsite position offers a broad range of interventional and diagnostic radiology in a supportive environment serving a regional community.

Brand-new imaging equipment, dedicated IR suites, and extensive benefits are available. J1 sponsorship is offered; H1B candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• American Board Eligible/Certified in Interventional Radiology with strong proficiency in cross-sectional imaging and ability to perform a broad range of general radiology procedures
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
• DEA certification
• A commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Support Surgical services through preoperative planning and postoperative complication management.
• Deliver essential diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for Oncology & Nephrology.
• Strengthen Urology service line by facilitating surgical support and promoting minimally invasive procedural strategies.
• Sustain and enhance operational efficiencies by improving LOS, clinical outcomes, and complication rates
