Optigy Group seeks an experienced Interventional and General Radiologist for a Monday–Friday onsite role in Winchester, KY. You will handle a diverse suite of image-guided procedures with fluoroscopy workloads and a robust reporting workflow using RPCE tech stack and PowerScribe 4.0.

Qualifications

• Comfort performing paracentesis and thoracentesis.
• Chest tube placements competency.
• CT-guided biopsies (kidney, bone, liver, lung).
• Ultrasound-guided biopsies/aspirations (no breast).
• Myelograms and spinal punctures.
• Arthrograms of the hip, shoulder, wrist, and knee.
• Fluoroscopy-guided aspirations.
• CT-guided drain placements.
• Fluoroscopy-guided G-tube placements.
• Tunneled catheter and Trialysis catheter placements.
• CT-guided percutaneous nephrostomy tube placements.

Responsibilities

• Onsite weekday coverage with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST schedule.
• QCs and interpretation of fluoroscopy studies uploaded to PACS.
• Maintain productivity with ~55 RVUs per shift.
• Operate within RPCE/PowerScribe 4.0 workflow and radiology tech stack.

INTERVENTIONAL + GENERAL RADIOLOGIST

Onsite Opportunity | Monday-Friday

Looking for an experienced Radiologist with strong Interventional Radiology and General Radiology skills for a weekday onsite opportunity. This role offers a diverse procedural workload, fluoroscopy responsibilities, and established radiology technology.

SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST

• 100% onsite

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Candidates must be comfortable performing the following:

• Paracentesis and thoracentesis

• Chest tube placements

• CT-guided biopsies, including kidney, bone, liver, and lung

• Ultrasound-guided biopsies and aspirations (no breast procedures)

• Myelograms and spinal punctures

• Arthrograms of the hip, shoulder, wrist, and knee

• Fluoroscopy-guided aspirations

• CT-guided drain placements

• Fluoroscopy-guided G-tube placements

• Tunneled catheter and Trialysis catheter placements

• CT-guided percutaneous nephrostomy tube placements

FLUOROSCOPY EXPERIENCE

Experience with the following studies is required:

• Barium enemas (BE)

• Upper GI (UGI)

• Modified barium swallow studies

• Small bowel studies

• Other routine fluoroscopy procedures

Fluoroscopy studies are recorded and uploaded to PACS for radiologist interpretation.
