Job summary

UPMC Altoona is seeking an Interventional Radiologist (IR/DR hybrid) to join our renowned health system at the Altoona campus. MD or equivalent, BC/BE Radiology, PA license eligibility, and IR proficiency are required.

We offer a $60K sign-on, 7-on/7-off or traditional scheduling with 9 weeks PTO, IR call with a $5k/week supplement, and a pathway to a 600K base salary plus an incentive plan reaching $730K–$850K+. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent required.
• Board certification in Radiology (BC/BE) and ability to obtain PA license.
• Proficiency in interventional radiology procedures relevant to a community hospital.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures as required in a community hospital.
• Maintain proficiency with IR techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with a large employed radiology team and APP support.
