Job summary

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join a 12-physician IR team in the Greater Sacramento Area. This role covers high-acuity hospital-based procedures across two major centers and outpatient clinics, with dedicated IR offices and cross-campus collaboration.

Our IRs are supported by a robust staff, including APCs, and benefit from teaching opportunities, a broad case mix, and a comprehensive benefits package including sign-on and relocation

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Radiologist.
• Active California medical license.
• Active Federal unrestricted DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-acuity hospital-based interventional procedures.
• Collaborate with APCs for inpatient rounding and pre-/post-procedure workups.
• Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary conferences.
• Provide outpatient clinic coverage and follow-ups.
