Job summary

NP Now, LLC is seeking an Interventional Radiologist for a Gastonia, NC site, about 20 minutes from Charlotte. Hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET with call every 4–6 weeks (no call if not on partnership track).

You will perform a full range of IR procedures, interpret CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy, document thoroughly, and collaborate with other radiologists. Proficiency with EPIC, Powerscribe 360, and McKesson PACS is used across shifts.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Interventional Radiology.
• Eligible to acquire a North Carolina state license.
• Proficiency in a wide range of interventional radiology and diagnostic imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of interventional radiology procedures and diagnostic imaging.
• Interpret diagnostic images including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of procedures and interpretations.
• Collaborate with other radiologists throughout each shift; never work alone.
• Utilize fully integrated EMR (EPIC), voice recognition (Powerscribe 360), and PACS (McKesson).
• Participate in overnight coverage via internal nighthawks and backup call for all subspecialties.
• Support routine clinical services with advanced practice providers.

Job Summary

Interventional Radiologist – Location: Gastonia, NC (approx. 20 minutes from Charlotte). Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time. Call duty: every 4–6 weeks (no call required if not on partnership track).

Benefits

• Base salary: $650,000–$750,000 per year
• Call bonuses: $75,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus: $100,000 (paid $33,000 annually for the first three years)
• Partnership track available within two years; base can exceed $800,000 after partnership
