The candidate should lead the development of a new IR service line within a state-of-the-art ambulatory center, collaborate with cardiology and vascular teams, and drive growth through referrals

Qualifications

  • Board certification/eligibility in Interventional Radiology.
  • Florida medical license or eligibility.
  • Completion of an accredited IR residency or fellowship.
  • Strong procedural skills and patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to lead the growth of an IR service line and collaborate with cardiology colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a new Interventional Radiology service line within an established cardiovascular practice.
  • Develop referrals and partnerships within the hospital and community.
  • Provide 100% IR procedural care with no diagnostic reads, nights, or weekends.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, vascular specialists, and APPs.
  • Contribute to program development and strategic growth of IR services.

Position Overview

Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a full-time, board-certified Interventional Radiologist to join one of our established, physician-led cardiovascular practices in Florida.

Opportunities are available in Miami, Orlando, and The Villages, allowing the incoming physician to choose the location that best fits their professional and personal goals.

This is a rare 100% Interventional Radiology opportunity focused exclusively on procedural care with no general diagnostic reading responsibilities, no nights, no weekends, and no traditional call. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and innovative in helping grow an expanding IR service line within an established cardiovascular practice.

Position Highlights
  • Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) interventions
  • Venous disease management
  • Dialysis access procedures
  • Uterine Fibroid and Prostate Artery Embolization (UFE/PAE)
