Soliant is seeking an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist for a contract Imaging role. The candidate will prepare the interventional suite, assist IR physicians, and ensure sterile technique and patient safety during procedures.

This position offers exposure to advanced imaging systems, a collaborative healthcare environment, and opportunities to build IR expertise. BLS certification required, ongoing documentation, and adherence to privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Certification and current registration as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist.
• Experience in imaging settings, specifically with IR procedures.
• Deep understanding of imaging equipment, safety protocols, and sterile techniques.
• Ability to assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic interventional radiology procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for clear patient and team interactions.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the interventional suite and ensure imaging equipment is functioning.
• Support interventional radiologists by setting up procedures and assisting during interventions.
• Maintain a sterile field and practice infection control at all times.
• Operate imaging systems during procedures, adjusting settings for clarity and safety.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, providing support and reassurance.
• Document all procedures accurately in accordance with facility policy and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to privacy laws and patient confidentiality protocols.

$2,710 - $2,867/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
