Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Pulmonologist to join a physician-led group in Greater Chicagoland. The role offers inpatient and outpatient practice with EPIC EHR and AI-enabled documentation.

Located 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, the position emphasizes subspecialty care, mentorship, and work-life balance with a flexible schedule and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pulmonology.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology and Interventional Pulmonology.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90–120 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient interventional pulmonology care, advanced diagnostic procedures, and consultative care.
• Maintain a balanced schedule with clinic 2 days per week and dedicated inpatient procedural days.
• Participate in a call rotation of 1:4 to 1:6.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary network of specialists and hospital leaders.
• Help shape subspecialty clinical protocols while delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
